DECYP primary and high school families are receiving a guide to help support online learning at home.
Supporting online learning: A guide for families provides information to help you feel more confident supporting online learning at home. The guide covers school communication, Canvas Parent, online privacy, social media and spending time online as a family.
Learning online at home builds foundational skills to help children and young people succeed in today’s digital world. The guide recognises how important families are in supporting and inspiring children and young people.
Schools will share guides with families from Monday 11 November 2024. For digital and translated versions, as well as more resources, visit the Digital skills for families webpage.
Libraries Tasmania also offers in-person digital skills support. Contact your local library to book in with a skilled volunteer or staff member.
