Staff and students

Use your student or staff account.

Use your preferred log in method, using the email address shared with your child’s school.

Use your account details to log in as an external user.

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in to Canvas:

Please contact your teacher for support.
If you’re using a school computer, make sure you have logged on with your student account – for example, jill.smith.06@education.tas.edu.au.

Has your child’s school invited you to access Canvas? If no, you do not have a Canvas account.
If you already have an account, visit Canvas Parent for further information and support resources.
Still need help? Contact your child’s school for assistance.

If you’re using a school computer, make sure you have logged on with your staff account – for example, jill.smith@decyp.tas.gov.au.
