Access issues

If you are experiencing difficulty logging in to Canvas:

Students

  • Please contact your teacher for support.
  • If you’re using a school computer, make sure you have logged on with your student account – for example, jill.smith.06@education.tas.edu.au.

Families

  • Has your child’s school invited you to access Canvas? If no, you do not have a Canvas account.
  • If you already have an account, visit Canvas Parent for further information and support resources.
  • Still need help? Contact your child’s school for assistance.

Staff

  • If you’re using a school computer, make sure you have logged on with your staff account – for example, jill.smith@decyp.tas.gov.au.
  • For further support, submit a help desk request.
