The Tasmanian Government is investing in new and upgraded education infrastructure.

Sorell School will undergo a major redevelopment, delivering a combination of new buildings and refurbishment of existing facilities, including a new Child and Family Learning Centre.

Construction commenced in September 2021 and will be completed in 2024.

Works are being staged to ensure the school can continue to operate and temporary changes are in place onsite to ensure the safety of students, staff and visitors.
