Our resources
At DECYP, we’ve developed two resources with Homes Tasmania:
Housing pathways infographic
- The infographic visualises the housing options for children and young people on care and protection and/or youth justice court orders. It helps staff, children, young people and their families understand the accommodation available.
- The infographic uses a map with city-like buildings to show different housing options, like foster care or youth shelters. The pathways illustrate how young people might move through housing based on their needs, age and court order. A key shows which housing is an option for young people on care and protection orders, and which is an option for all young people.
Housing pathways information sheet
The information sheet outlines all accommodation options for young people in Tasmania. It helps young people to find the most suitable housing for their needs.
