Glenora District School is a rural school located 50 minutes from Hobart in the Upper Derwent Valley. The school supports approximately 250 students from Launching into Learning through to Year 12. In addition to courses identified students can engage with a variety of courses offered through VLT@ Tasmanian eSchool. Glenora District School is also a member of the Derwent Collective partnership. This partnership actively works to facilitate shared enrolments across the Collective. This gives students access to a broader range of subject areas while still maintaining their connection to their community. In addition to TASC and VET courses, students can choose to participate in the Duke of Edinburgh Award as part of their learning program. This learning is also available as part of our commitment to shared enrolments to students throughout the Derwent Collective.
